Agent Governance · Review

Start with one bounded reconstruction.

Four fixed-scope engagements, in increasing order of evidence depth. Each one reconstructs the same causal path — authority, evidence, delegation, execution, revocation, remedy — against a specific, bounded system.

What the client receives

Not a 60-page deck. A reconstruction with its evidence attached.

Causal Reconstruction

The full path from principal to external effect.

Evidence Ledger

Which conclusions rest on which facts.

Closed Controls

Where existing mechanisms actually work.

Findings

Evidence-supported only.

Unresolved

What cannot be established from current data.

Falsifiers

What would have to be true for the conclusion to be wrong.

Remediation Questions

What to change or verify next.

Executive Artifact

Material for leadership, security, product and compliance.

We do not sell questions. We provide independent evidence of whether the system's governance claims remain true across the full causal path.

The outcome may be a closed control, a proven gap, or an unresolved boundary. The review does not assume that a defect exists.

Possible outcomes

Three outcomes, stated plainly.

CLOSEDThe governance claim is supported by sufficient evidence across the tested path.
GAPA material difference exists between the declared control and reachable effect.
UNRESOLVEDAvailable evidence is insufficient to support either conclusion.

Unresolved does not mean absent.
